Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to explore the emerging opportunities of the Global South by fostering an engaged community of young leaders contributing to global decision-making. As new actors emerge across the globe, we are inspired by Al-Andalus' ideal of Convivencia, convinced that civilizational exchanges and diversified cooperation are key to prosperity. We provide policy recommendations to world leaders, striving to unlock the full potential of emerging countries and harness the opportunities presented by the rising multipolar order.

Our Values

Intercultural Dialogue

We believe that the open exchange of ideas and perspectives across cultures fosters mutual understanding and removes unnecessary barriers to progress. Inspired by the ideal of Convivencia from Al-Andalus, we embrace tolerance and intellectual exchange as the foundation of our actions.

Inclusion and Diversity of Voices

Every country and community deserves a legitimate place in international decision-making. We advocate for a governance model that truly reflects the interests and values of a broader spectrum of societies, ensuring fair and inclusive representation.

Commitment to Understanding

the Global South

Recognizing the need for a more diverse, inclusive, and multilateral international system, we take a proactive approach to change. Our team fosters creativity, adaptability, and the exploration of innovative solutions for global development.

Youth Empowerment

We provide a dynamic platform for students to engage in meaningful discourse and innovate international policy. By equipping young leaders with the skills, confidence, and networks to tackle global challenges, we contribute to shaping the future of international relations.

Our Teams

We have developed regional teams in each of the academic institutions our members are part of, coordinating conferences and collaborating with academic scholars and practitioners to enhance the quality of our ideas and recommendations. We look to establish a lasting impact across global universities as reference points on matters relating to innovation and development.
